Every single item we sell is personally tested by our team. We don't sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves. This hands-on approach ensures that everything has passed a real-world "vibe check" for quality, functionality, and style before it reaches you.

Shipping of all the products is handled by their respective platforms solely as per their individual shipping standards that can be checked on their websites i.e(Amazon, Flipkart, Brand websites). ClassIt is not involved in the delivery of any product.

While it's rare, shipping accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the respective site support you ordered the product from, with photos of the product and packaging. You will be provided with a solution by that platform. For your convenience, below we have also attached the customer support emails of all the brands we are tied up with.

1. Information We Collect
To provide a personalized experience, ClassIt offers user accounts. When you sign up, we collect your email address and Display Name. If you log in using Google, we receive your basic profile information to create your account. We also securely store the products you add to your wishlist.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your account credentials and wishlist data are securely stored using Supabase, an encrypted backend database. We do not sell or share your personal information or email address with third parties.

3. Local Storage & Cookies
We use your browser's Local Storage to remember your device preferences, such as Dark Mode, your recent search history (which stays on your device), and secure login tokens to keep you authenticated.

4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Tracking
ClassIt uses third-party affiliate links. When you click a product link (e.g., Amazon or Flipkart), a tracking cookie may be placed on your browser by that merchant to track the sale. We do not control these cookies, and your interaction with external sites is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Your Data, Your Control
You have complete control over your data. You can permanently delete your account and wipe your wishlist from our database at any time via your Account Settings.

6. Analytics and Tracking Tools
We use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may place cookies on your browser to collect non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. This helps us improve our user experience. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on."

User Accounts & Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. To access features like wishlists, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ClassIt reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

ClassIt operates as a product curation platform, not a direct retailer. Therefore, we do not process transactions, handle shipping, or manage inventory. All returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed strictly by the individual policies of the respective third-party retailer or brand (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) where your final purchase was completed. ClassIt is not a party to these transactions and cannot process or mediate any refund claims or return requests.
